As anti-natalists we strongly oppose eugenics and for a very simple and clear reason, eugenics is an enthusiastic support of reproduction (of a certain kind that it favors), while the basic idea behind anti-natalism is opposition to reproduction of any kind. Supporters of eugenics want people who are desirable in their view to reproduce and others not to reproduce. Anti-natalists don’t want anyone to reproduce. The only connection between anti-natalism and ideas of race and species improvement is a strong opposition to it.
Some of the most prominent arguments of the anti-natalist view work exactly the same against eugenics.
Even in cases of reproduction with the aim of supposedly improving a race, reproduction is still necessarily a selfish act that can never be done for the sake of the created people (because before someone is created s/he does not want, need or has an interest to be created).

Also, in cases of reproduction with the aim of supposedly improving a race, and perhaps even especially in such cases, reproduction treats the created people as means to the ends of others.
Eugenics is not a moral objection to reproduction but a discriminatory and racist objection to the reproduction of members of a certain ethnic origin, or members of a certain social class. Therefore, if anything, it is a double sin in our view, it is both support for reproduction and for racism. On the other hand, there is no discrimination of any type in anti-natalism.
